    Please understand that Hotel Kenrokusou has the following cancellation fees and penalties for using meetings and banquets.

    【Cancellation fee / penalty】

    ＜Cancellation between 60 and 31 days prior to the event＞
    ・50% of the reservation fee

    ＜Cancellation between 30 and 10 days prior to the event＞
    ・80% of the reservation fee

    ＜Cancellation from 9 days before to the day of the event＞
    ・100% of the reservation fee

    1. The above cancellation fees will also apply to changes to scheduled times.
    2.% is the ratio of the penalty fee to the usage fee.
    3. With the customer's consent, orders for equipment, etc. will be charged at actual cost.
